revolut-budget is a personal, non-commercial budgeting tool run by Vladimir Lobanov (vol.lobanov@gmail.com). It is used only by its owner, with the owner's own bank accounts. It has no other users.
With the account holder's consent, given in the bank's own app, the tool reads account details, balances and transactions through Enable Banking Oy, a licensed account information service provider regulated by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority.
The Enable Banking session identifier and the list of linked accounts (account names, currencies, identifiers) are kept in Cloudflare Workers KV. Balances and transactions are fetched on request and are not stored by the tool.
Data is not sold, shared with third parties or used for advertising. It is shown only to the owner.
Bank access expires after at most 180 days. Consent can be withdrawn at any time in the bank's app. To have the stored session removed, write to vol.lobanov@gmail.com.
